With all the holiday parties coming up, your probably looking for a makeup look that is party perfect while being seasonal. Look no farther. Glitter is the word. Since fall this year, it's been on the runways from subtle to loads of it! You can go so many ways with this, from glittery eyeshadow, glitter liner, some sparkly lip gloss, and adding a highlighting shimmer to your cheeks. Using white and silver glitter on your eyes is very winter appropriate with the snow and all. After you've applied your sparkles se a Band-Aid, which is very gentle on the skin, to clean up any bits that may have wandered off to your cheeks or nose. Subtle glitter would be more appropriate for cocktail parties while you can go all out for New years. That is just my opinion though, so if you have a ahem.. glittering personality put it on for every party!

Lily Allen is smiling, and you probably are crying now that she is the face of Chanel's Coco Cocoon collection. Tears of jealousy of course. Karl Lagerfeld chose pop star Lily Allen to be the face of his new line of Coco Cocoon bags. This comes coincidentially close to the establishment of her own fashion and jewelry lines: Lily Loves and Lily Allen. Coco Cocoon is an understated new collection of featherweight quilted handbags and travel accessories for Chanel. It also includes supersize totes, there are also wallets, toiletry cases, and key pouches. Yes Lily, It's not me, It's you that gets oodles of Chanel swag and I will be forever envious.

The UGG boot is hated by some and loved by others. I happen to be a lover. Any references to moon boots are uncalled for! Anyway, UGG has really expanded on their traditional sheepskin and leather boots. There is the sunset boot, with gorgeous flowers printed on the side(as shown here). There are also the new metallic boots. UGGs are so comfortable ans so convienient to slip on really quick. They also go with a variety of things!

Katie Holmes and Suri were seen out and about advertising fashions from their new mommy & me clothing line. The line is called Holmes & Yang and is a collaboration between Katie and her stylist Jeanne Yang. It caters to women and children. In Boston, mother and daughter wore matching dresses from the line while shopping.

Are you short of time or just want to look au naturale? Well then this is the makeup look for you. Apply a minimum of cover-up and foundation on the face and some neutral beige shadow to lids, then apply a shimmery highlighter cream from the top of cheekbones all the way up on the outer eye area and just under the brow bone. After a cetain age, I know I'm there, it's pretty much impossible to go out with makeup, but with this I can fool everyone into thinking im naturally this young looking!
