Depsite the disappointment and bad reviews of the movie “the Last Airbender”, Nickelodeon is giving good news to fans of the Avatar cartoon series: the “Last Airbender” sequel is set for 2011.

Sad news for “Hulk” fans out there. Edward Norton won’t be reprising the role of Incredible Hulk in 2012’s “The Avengers”. This is according to Marvel Studios president of production Kevin Feige. According to them, it’s not because of monetary reasons why the actor won’t be coming back, but instead, it is about the casting of the whole Avengers as a team.

What started as a rumor has now come true: International singer Charice Pempengco is joining the cast of “Glee” next season, according to the show’s representative.

The 18-year-old singer will not just be joining not as a guest but as part of the cast, meaning she will be appearing in multiple episodes. Wanna-be Idols have something to celebrate next month as auditions for Season 10 of “Amercian Idol” starts on July 17. “American Idol” has lowered the age eligibility to audition from 16 to 15 years old, while the maximum age still remains at 28.

The age was lowered due to the fact that "a lot of young, talented people are now seeking careers and representation before they turn 16," according to "American Idol" executive producer Cecile Frot-Coutaz. "Lowering the age limit allows us to tap into this talent pool."
