If you weren’t living under a rock the past few months, you undoubtedly were a witness to the very public brouhaha that was Jon and Kate Gosselin’s wrecked marriage. I was never an avid follower of the Jon & Kate plus 8 show, though I have caught a couple episodes, but I had seen enough to conclude that Jon and Kate rarely got along. Honestly, the only time I saw them really being civil was in their joint interviews. Of course, I put no blame on them since they had extensive public scrutiny and eight children to put more than enough strain on their relationship. Then the photos and allegations of Jon out with other women and going to college parties started the beginning of the end. The media started putting Kate as a victim and Jon the wrong doer and vice versa. Kate became “mean mommy” who was unbearably controlling over Jon and portrayed as a fame crazed woman more concerned with making money then her kids. Jon was an irresponsible cheater more concerned about pursuing women. Regardless of what was true and what was not, Jon and Kate Gosselin separated.
