Normally if your clothes had holes in them, you would throw them away. That's not the case with distressed denim. The dsitressed denim look popped up in 2008 and is still going pretty strong. It gives off a casual cool vibe and is great for weekends. In the teeny bopper scene, they tend to wear extreme distressed denim with more holes then fabric and some holes that are a little revealing. For us more mature women, we can find jeans with a few rips around the knees and thighs that are a little more grown up but still young.

You can find distressed jeans in the 100-200$ range at Abercrombie & Fitch, and jeans 60-70$ at Hollister Co. If you can afford it, Seven and True Religion have some very pricey distressed jeans that are also very good quality. Whichever you choose, become a maiden in distress!
