Sources close to the ex-couple report that Gabriel Aubry is not happy about the agreement he made with the actress regarding their 2 year old daughter Nahla. The agreement allows Aubry to spend only 6 months in a year with the child. Also, the model thinks Canada would be much better and friendlier place for their little girl to grow up.
There were some rumors recently that the break up – which seemed at the beginning to be very civilized - was due to months of fighting. Friends of the couple said that Berry humiliated her boyfriend and was focused only on his failures such as a Cuban eatery in NYC named Café Fuego which opened in 2006 and closed less than two years later. "Halle called him a loser. She'd rub it in his face that she's an Oscar-winning actress and he's just a model. He couldn't take it anymore," the sources said.
The couple met in 2005 and had their daughter Nahla in March 2008.
