Explaining Katy’s victory the-editor-in chief Joe Levy said: “She’s the best friend you suddenly realize you’ve loved your whole life. The rad chick who taught you to skateboard and whistle and also looks unbelievable in a bikini.”
The second place belongs to Victoria's Secret model Brooklyn Decker and the third place took Zoe Saldana known for her role in Avatar.
