Care for a Public Tweet?

I bring a special gift to you Twitter addicts, or shall I say Skolkova, Russia has done so. It's a public Twitter booth for those who just have to let their followers know what they're doing every given moment of their exciting lives. Is this not a great invention for when your cell phone just happens to not have any service because you forgot to pay the bill, or you're just in a bad area. If I ever visit Skolkova, Russia I'll make sure to TwitPic the booth & of course tweet about it.
