Lindsay Lohan who was ordered last Friday to stay in rehab instead of going back to jail, may have a problem with paying the $53,000 bill for her 3-months stay at Betty Ford clinic.
The report says: “She indicates she can not afford to continue to pay for the treatment program and she needs to work (…) Her clothing line is falling apart because she is not available to monitor the product.'
Lohan counts on her future income from the “Inferno” movie where she is supposed to picture porn star Linda Lovelace. The director of the movie promises to wait for the actress and hopes to be able to shoot the film after Lindsay is released from rehab in January. “The corollary to all of this is that when you have stuff like this going on, it makes you want to dive into work more, rather than wallowing in the bad,” he said. “People say to me, ‘Don’t you think it’s awful having someone do all this with all the turbulence in their life?’ And I think it’s better to really pull all of this stuff out of you, rather than doing some romantic comedy and having to be cute.”
