Well if the iPad didn't just get a run for it's money. Sure the latest item from the company we all love to call Mac, has created a fun tool that's pretty high on the popularity scale. I actually wouldn't mind owning an iPad. You can surf the internet, send emails, watch movies and of course get read books in color compared to those old fashioned Nooks...until now. Yes ladies and gentleman the Barnes & Noble Nook Color has debuted and as you can all see, it's pretty awesome. It's actually the first color E-Reader sold so it's definitely in competition with the iPad. The Nook Color has an LED screen designed by LG and comes with a price of $250. You have the ability to read in portrait format or landscape. And there's a laminating coat to reduce the glare. Does the iPad have that amenity? I don't know about you but Christmas is just around the corner and I think any book lover would enjoy having Barnes & Noble's Nook Color in their stocking this year. It's great because now you can read in the dark better or under low light and your kids will love it because if a book has pictures they can finally enjoy color characters and not black and grey like the other nooks.
