Who doesn't want an iPad? Though I've made it clear I am a PC user before Mac, I would still enter my closest Mac store to purchase a wonderful iPad...IF I could actually afford one. With their prices starting at $500 there's a great chance that a lot of us haven't gotten our hands on the mobile device just yet. Well I'm sad to report that I don't think they'll be going on sale anytime soon, if ever. But don't worry because of course another company has designed a gadget that's similar to the tablet but with a much more affordable price. Check out the Note Slate. It's being compared to the Ipad because of it's Mp3 hookup, USB/SD slot, and headphone capabilities. But there is one thing this gadget doesn't provide and that's internet access. I know, I know you're probably asking what's the point of owning this if you can't even logon to the internet, but the Note Slate comes with a pen that allows you to record and save notes. Well maybe it isn't much like the iPad but it's definitely a gadget that would be useful in our everyday lives.
