March issue of Allure magazine features an interview with Eva Longoria who for the first time shares personal details about her recent divorce form basketball player Tony Parker.
The actress filed for divorce in November 2010, citing irreconcilable differences after 3 years of marriage.
Eva talks about the break up and admits that it still makes her “want to cry” and she’s trying to make the transition back to being single “as gracefully as possible” and “without any drama.” She says that most of the support during this difficult time she got from friends and family. She says she “collects people” in her life, particularly “amazing, smart, interesting women.”
As part of moving-on the 36-year old Longoria decided to go back to school. She is taking online classes to get her master’s degree in Chicano studies. She says she’s doing it “…so I can be educated and have a background in my activism in the Latino community”.
The new issue of Allure hits the stands on March 22nd.
