Natalie Portman has had a huge year. Ever since she starred in the critically-acclaimed (and that’s an understatement) ‘Black Swan’ late last year, she has been having nothing but good things in her life (touch wood). She became engaged the choreographer of ‘Black Swan’, Benjamin Millipied, became pregnant with their first child, and won both a Golden Globe and an Oscar Award for her portrayal of troubled ballerina Nina in ‘Black Swan’. She made headlines again earlier last month when she gave birth to her first son, and ever since then, there have been a number of suggestions on what the baby’s name should be. For a long time, people wondered if she would name her baby ‘Oscar’, but she turned that idea down with great amusement. Natalie and Benjamin have finally come up with a name for their child. ‘Aleph’ Millipied is a healthy baby boy. If you are wondering what ‘Aleph’ means, then you will not be surprised to know that it is a Hebrew name, and is the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Celebrities before her have been known to come up with more creative names, for sure. Of course, nothing can top names like ‘Apple’ and ‘Moses’!
