Halle Berry has had a tough year. First, she and her long time boyfriend and father of her child Nahla, Gabriel Aubrey split up. Now, there is a major custody battle going on between them over who gets custody of their young daughter, and she had to pull out of a few movies due to schedule conflicts. Now it appears as if even Halle Berry’s home isn’t safe from intrusion. The gorgeous actress’s home faced an intruder who was witnessed walking on her lawn. The intruder reportedly climbed over her security wall and entered the arena, without going past security. The worst part of the news is that Halle was at home during the intrusion. She herself spotted the intruder and immediately called the police to report the problem. However, by the time the cops had arrived, the intruder had already fled the scene and remained unidentified. There are rumors circulating that the trespasser was a member of the paparazzi, but a photo agency claims that this isn’t true. The agency told media outlets that Halle, Gabriel and even Halle’s current boyfriend- Olivier Martinez- know the paparazzi photographers, and they are professional photographers who wouldn’t trespass or do anything illegal.
