Lady Gaga is possibly the most popular and fashion forward entertainer alive today. With her penchant to shock and sometimes even outrage, it is always nice to see Gaga actually looking normal. The outrageously popular singer has always got a knack for being a little crazy in terms of her outfits. In fact, her outfits can only be called ‘costumes’. However, in a recent visit to the popular talk show ‘The View’, the talented entertainer and singer wore something that was very her, but also very interesting in the most positive way. She went overboard with her matching outfit, as usual, but compared to some other sartorial choices, she looked healthy, pretty and fun. She wore a houndstooth outfit from head to toe, which included a rather demure skirt and suit, houndstooth hat, houndstooth bag and houndstooth glasses. The nicest thing about the outfit was her jewelry choice- she adorned her outfit with stacks and stacks of pearls. The pearls really gave the outfit a very “high tea” appearance, and matched the print with its ethereal ivory tone. Gaga has worn a number of other statement jewelry pieces in the past- and nothing less is expected from the star. However, this is the first relatively ‘normal’ choice, and we applaud and congratulate her on her choice. Pearls are suitable for nearly every occasion, thanks to their unyielding ability to give any outfit class and sophistication.
