Q: How do I cancel my order ?

A: If you need to cancel your order contact us by phone or email. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet we will refund your money within next 48 hours. However, due to different bank processing times the refund may not show up in your account for several days.
If you have received the order please send us back the package. After we inspect the received product we will issue the refund to you account. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
