Our customers have 30 days to return the product for any reason.

If you need to return the product please label the package RETURN and include copy of your invoice. Mail the package to: Motif Enterprise, 12366 Foxmoor Peak Drive, Riverview, FL 33579, USA.

Note: we will issue the refund within 2 business days after we receive merchandise, but it may take up to 2 weeks to complete the transfer depending on your financial insitution's holiday schedule and payment policies. The return must be shipped back with freight prepaid. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with original tags and unused.
Special or custom orders cannot be returned. All merchandise should be examined upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days by email.
