Our customers have 30 days to return the product for any reason.
If you need to return the product please label the package RETURN and include copy of your invoice. Mail the package to the address provided by our customer service department.
Note: we will issue the refund (excluding the shipping charges) within 2 business days after we receive merchandise, but it may take up to 2 weeks to complete the transfer depending on your financial institution's holiday schedule and payment policies. The return must be shipped back with freight prepaid. You will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with original tags and unused.
Special or custom orders cannot be returned. All merchandise should be examined upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days by email.
